1. Nature of the Service

InspectAura connects customers with independent, third-party inspectors ("Inspectors") who visit factories/warehouses to perform a visual quality-control check based on an agreed checklist, and who report their findings via photos, video, and a written summary. InspectAura is a facilitation platform — we are not the manufacturer, the factory, or a guarantor of the goods being inspected.

2. What the Inspection Is (and Isn't)

The inspection is a visual, point-in-time spot-check performed by an independent local inspector, not a certified quality engineer or laboratory test. It catches obvious, visible issues (wrong quantity, visible damage, mismatched packaging, basic function/drop-test failures) and is not a substitute for a full technical audit, lab testing, or compliance certification.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do our best to match you with a diligent Inspector and relay their findings accurately, but we do not guarantee the report is complete or error-free. Inspectors are independent contractors, solely responsible for the accuracy of what they report.

4. Payment & Refunds

Fees are billed once per booking via PayPal, with no recurring charges. See our Refund Policy for when a refund or re-inspection applies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectAura's total liability for any claim relating to a booking is capped at the fee you paid for that inspection. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profit or loss of goods.
