When you book an inspection or apply as an inspector, we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp/WeChat contact, and the factory city you specify. We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by PayPal.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to schedule and deliver your inspection (or review your inspector application), to contact you about your booking on WhatsApp/WeChat, and to send your report and receipt by email. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third Parties We Use

• PayPal — processes payment; we never see or store your card/PayPal account credentials.
• Netlify — hosts this website.
• Internal notification tools we use to alert our team of a new booking or application.

4. Data Retention

We keep booking and application records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet basic accounting/legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ramix.shopjo@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies beyond what's strictly required for the page and payment provider to function.
